My love of video games began like many others: with a classic I played as a child with my brother.

The Jak and Daxter series was the first games I ever played as a kid. I watched my brother play through them, then beat the games myself. However, where my brother moved on to the next series, I stayed with Jak and Daxter.

I spent hours looking at the game manuals to look for any details about the world of Jak and Daxter I could find; trying to understand how the story of the games came together, and how I could make something of my own.

This series started my love for storytelling, world building, and video games. So, I decided to go to school in attempt to give some kid the same experience I had with Jak and Daxter.
